Chetan is a Talent Acquisition professional with over 18 years of demonstrated success in IT careers. He has developed strategies to promote organizational and business growth and technology change, having held Talent Acquisition positions at Allegis, HARMAN, and TheMathCompany. At Allegis Group, Chetan was responsible for recruitment delivery, managing the RPO team and clients. Later, he joined HARMAN as a senior recruiter and worked his way up to a Manager role, successfully ramping up teams for critical portfolios with a wide range of domain and technology proficiency. His core responsibilities included client and stakeholder management, team management, recruitment delivery, and diversity and inclusivity initiatives. Along with lateral hiring, he was also part of the campus hiring program and built a proactive pipeline for upcoming years.
