Himayat is a new horizon in the lives of Rural Youths of Jammu and Kashmir, acting as bridge between youths and their aspirations.

• The trainees will be certified by NCVT / Sector Skill Councils. The focus is on youth from low income families and school drop-outs. The scheme is free of cost and is open to all 18 to 35 years residing in Jammu and Kashmir.

Fidelis Corporate Solutions Private Limited (FCSPL), An incorporated company based out of Bangalore as earmarked its position in Training and providing placements in IT, Non- IT and Retail sectors mainly. Fidelis has trained and Placed about 750 youths of Jammu and Kashmir under project ‘UDAAN’ an initiative of Ministry of Home affairs and National Skill Development Corporation. Fidelis has trained about 1300 youths of Karnataka under DDUGKY Scheme as Project Implementing Agency (PIA). Fidelis in Himayat as PIA offers to skill and place candidates in different sectors and certify them from Sector Skill council within the training period. The course includes Class Room Training with well equipped Domain lab to ensure effective training, trainers of excellent track record for skilling of trainees with Market standards and On Job Training about a month with reputed organizations and companies. The courses are offered at free of cost with free accommodation and Food Facility during the training period. The courses offered from Fidelis Group under the prestigious Himayat Project are as follows : 1. Retail Sales Associate with Cashiering for 3 months (including OJT), Certification by RASCI 2. Technical Support Executive Voice with Engineer Trainee (including OJT), Certification by IT-ITeS Sector Skill Council. 3. Fitter Fabrication with Maintenance for about 5 months (Including OJT), Certification by CGSC
