DDUGKY- Deen Dayal Grameen Kaushalya Yojana is an effective initiation from Ministry of Rural development, it focuses on catering to the occupational aspirations of rural youth and enhancing their skills for wage employment.

DDUGKY is the skilling and placement initiative which has its origins in the Aajeevika Project and the Special Projects under SGSY

Implementation of DDUGKY involves State Governments, Technical Support Agency- National Institute of Rural development and Panchayat Raj (NIRDPR) and Project Implementing Agencies(PIAs) any company/Organization with proven track record of Skilling and Placement with exceptional track record.

Fidelis has trained about 1300 youths of Karnataka under DDUGKY Scheme as a Project Implementing Agency (PIA)
